I’m Lindsey, a Perth-based baby and child sleep specialist, mum, and grandma with over 30 years of experience in early childhood education. I specialise in helping families create gentle, realistic sleep solutions that fit their child and their lifestyle, so everyone can wake feeling more rested and ready for the day.
Over the years, I’ve seen how transformative sleep can be, not just for a child’s wellbeing, but for the whole family’s quality of life. My role is to guide and coach you with calm, personalised support, so you feel understood and never alone on the journey to sleep better.
